Always feel safe when placing your orders with us. Our operations manager reviews all quality-related refunds and processes within 14 days. Our money-back guarantee allows you to request and receive a refund under the following conditions:

1. Paid more than once for a single order. Forward the payment receipts from PayPal to our email – [support@wonderexperts.com]. The extra payment will be fully refunded within the shortest time.
2. Accidentally placed similar orders. If you mistakenly paid for similar orders, please contact our support immediately to clarify the matter before we start working on both orders. You are responsible for cancelling any orders you don’t need before they are assigned to the writer. Otherwise, standard procedures apply (see ‘I want to cancel my order’).
3. Want to cancel an order(s). If the order is yet to be assigned to a writer, you are entitled to a 100% refund. If the order is already in progress, the deadline elapsed is factored in. In such cases, you can only claim a 60% refund if half or less of the deadline has elapsed and up to 40% thereafter as the writer assigned will be compensated. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order. However, you cannot request a refund by cancellation for a delivered paper.
4. A full refund is issued in the event no tutor is available to work on your paper.
5. Delayed paper delivery. If you are late to provide extra materials or clarifications needed on your part, a lateness refund is NOT applicable. Please make sure all paper instructions and guidelines are provided when placing your order. If the completed paper is delivered late and yet to be approved by you in 5 days, you qualify for a full refund as you may no longer need the paper.
6. Late revision. Revision deadlines are set separately.
7. Forgot to approve a completed paper. The completed paper is automatically approved after 7 days.
